Shipping Method Hofmann products must be shipped frozen. To ensure the absolute highest level of quality, our products must arrive at their destination within two days, and must be given special treatment in the shipping process. Our products are shipped in specially designed coolers in order to maintain quality.
Estimated Shipping and Delivery Dates
Choose your Ship Date We accept orders up to 30 days in advance. In most cases we will ship on the date you request. We may delay shipment due to bad weather conditions in your area or ours. We will send you an email if we delay shipping your order. We strongly suggest that if you are placing an order for an event, please don’t wait to have your ordered delivered the day before. We can not control shipment delays. The best days to have your order shipped are Mondays or Tuesdays.
Perishable Goods You will be receiving perishable goods, and so someone should be available upon delivery so that the product can be immediately refrigerated or re-frozen. If you cannot be home at the time of your estimated delivery, then we recommend having your package shipped to your place of employment. Well defrosted during shipment as long as internal temperature is not above 45 degrees, products can be refrozen or refrigerated. Properly sealed products will not loose flavor i.e., German Franks upto 6 months and Snappy's for 3 months
