DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare your grill, either gas or charcoal, as you normally would. Don’t make it too hot!
  2. Place your sausages on the grill, but don’t put them directly over the flames.
  3. Grill for 6 to 10 minutes, turning them occasionally to make sure that they grill evenly. Remember Hofmann sausage products come already fully cooked.
  4. When the casing or outer layer of your sausages is slightly blistered, they are done and ready to come off the grill.
  5. Serve your favorite way and eat ‘em up!
