We took our famous Hofmann German Frankfurter and added real Wisconsin cheddar and bits of jalapeño pepper for a little kick. The complexity of the cheddar and the heat generated from the jalapeño delivers the perfect, spicy taste experience.

Ingredients: pork, water, pasteurized cheddar cheese [cheddar cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), water, cream, sodium phosphates, salt, sorbic acid (preservative), apo-carotenal color, powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), potassium sorbate and natamycin (preservatives)], and less than 2% of the following: beef, veal, corn syrup, salt, citrus fiber, sodium phosphate, sodium acetate, sodium diacetate, seasonings (spices, jalapeno peppers, garlic powder), sugar, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, natural casings derived from lamb.
