Since 1879, the Hofmann Sausage Company has been handcrafting much more than hot dogs and sausages, we’ve been building a legend. Frank W. Hofmann came to New York in 1861, bringing his popular German recipes with him and starting a meat market. His family settled in Syracuse and incorporated Hofmann in 1879. What started as a regional favorite on the premise of using quality cuts of meat and the best spice blends has grown with fans across the country who have a passion for our entire line.
