October is National Sausage Month!
Hofmann celebrates the season with our new 2022 limited edition Oktoberfest Beer Bratwurst. Hofmann has partnered with Willow Rock Brewing Company of Syracuse, New York, to infuse our famous sausages with Hoi, Hoi, Hoi, a German inspired beer with deep malt aromas, traditional lager flavors, and slightly reddish color.
Our Oktoberfest Beer Brats are made with quality cuts of pork and beef, select spices, seasonal beer, and the same handcrafted techniques that helped make us famous.
Ingredients: pork, beef, beer, nonfat dry milk, salt, flavorings, mustard seed, sodium acetate, sodium diacetate, sodium nitrite, natural casings derived from pork.
