1 pkg 14oz Hofmann Jalapeno Sausage (substitute Hofmann Bratwurst, Beer Bratwurst or Natural Casing German Franks)

4 hot dog split top buns or New England Style Rolls

1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple

1/4 cup sweet red cherry peppers

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Cook the sausage/hot dogs according to the package directions, best if grilled.

Split and toast or lightly grill the buns.

Cut pineapple and cherry peppers into small cubes, and dice cilantro.

Place the sausage or hot dogs in the buns, and dividing equally, top with pineapple, peppers, and cilantro.
